How does WPS Office bypass the admin credential requirements for installation?


I am a network administrator and I have set up a policy that prevents non-admin users from installing any software on their computers. However, I have observed that some users who clicked on a WPS Office link ended up having WPS Office installed on their machines without entering any admin credentials. I am puzzled by this behavior and I want to know the mechanism behind it and how to prevent it in the future.
